My sissy got married over a month ago and I’m just finally posting my favorite photos from that day. It was a beautiful weekend for wedding festivities. We had the “fling before the ring” on Thursday night at Toby Keith’s in St. Louis Park.
We had a ton of fun that night. On Friday, we spent the day doing the last minute preparations and bouquets and then had the groom’s dinner. Nicole & I had an old fashioned girl’s sleepover at the hotel the night before the wedding. We watched Princess Diaries and ate puppy chow and string cheese. It was awesome just to have a quiet night before the big day.
We were up bright & early getting ready for the festivities. There was lots of coffee & a few mimosas involved. We got to the country club and started setting up. They had a country theme including mason jar centerpieces filled with vegetable oil and a photo of the bride & groom. At the last minute, we added some baby’s breath which was a perfect little detail.
The ceremony was gorgeous (short & sweet like I like them). We wrapped up pictures and then the party began. The photographer, Sabrina, was amazing and super easy going all day. She also did wonders on everyone’s hair 🙂
I can’t believe it’s already been a month. We have been so insanely busy since then, but I’m incredibly happy for the two of them and their family. The kids were all incredibly well behaved during pictures & the ceremony. Grace (my new niece) was able to come & get her hair done with the girls and she had lunch with us bridesmaids and danced until at least 10:30 PM. It is amazing to have Brian & Grace officially join the family. I also have to say that Nicole’s girlfriends are pretty fantastic and getting to hang out with them all weekend was a blast. Hanging out with a group of girls isn’t always the easiest thing, but these girls made it all a breeze.
Here are some of my favorite photos from the day from everyone/anyone’s cameras that I may or may not have stole from Facebook.
I wish you both the happiest marriage and future together with the two most beautiful girls. You have been through a lot together and will keep getting stronger. Best wishes.
I absolutely love this!! I am sooo incredibly happy that you were apart of our day. Love you so much!
