It is 18 degrees out on April 2nd.  Yesterday was our coldest home opener for the MN Twins ever.  I get it Mama Nature – you think you’re April Fool’s joke was hilarious.  Can it please be over?

I decided to make myself feel better last night by watching the RHOBH reunion because they live somewhere warm and making this low budget video of our FL trip complete with the fireworks at Disney.

I’ll watch it a few times today to remind me of what sunshine feels like.  Also, I’m pretending that it’s a vlog  (video blog – in case my husband is wondering) so I can join in with the growing trend.  Ha.

I’m super excited that we have a long weekend trip planned in 9 days to Chicago.  I’m excited for Wrigley Field, deep dish pizza (any suggestions?), Navy Pier and our first picture together at the “bean.”  We have nothing planned other than baseball, so I’m excited to just wander around.  It better be warmer next week in Chi-town than it is this morning in Minneapolis.
