What a wonderful weekend.  We were lucky enough to spend Friday evening and most of the day Saturday at Kelsey’s family cabin on Silver Lake.  7 people, 6 dogs and beautiful weather made for a great 24 hours.  There were bags, veggie burgers, Cards Against Humanity, swimming, boating and lots of just hanging out.

Is that enough pictures?  I would say yes since it was just 24 hours.  We got home on Saturday night and I was so tired and my allergies were really bad, so I went to bed at 7:30.  It felt great.  I woke up Sunday morning after 12 hours of sleep feeling like a new person.  I caught up on Million Dollar Listing and drank coffee and relaxed before birthday breakfast with my mom.  
Birthday breakfast turned in to an all day hangout session on her deck.  It was perfect.  We caught up with my grandma and she told us some pretty awesome stories about my grandpa when he was younger.  We ordered Chinese food for dinner and I was home and asleep by 9:30.  Even though we had planned on working on the upstairs yesterday, it was nice to take a break from that and spend some time with my family.  I was also proud that we found my dad one more short Heineken bottle.  He is super sad that they switched their bottles and he is planning on holding onto this one for a special occasion.
