Moving to the East Coast right before the holidays wasn’t the easiest thing I’ve ever done. We were going to be away from home for the holidays and we didn’t know what to expect. Now that we are almost to the New Year, I can safely say that this place is magical and I’m so in love with the holiday season in the big city.
My parents were here for the weekend before Christmas and we had an absolute blast. The weather was crazy warm which allowed us to play outside all weekend. We took one of those obnoxious double decker tour buses throughout Manhattan. The pictures we took in the last month won’t really give you the whole picture, at least it will provide you with a little motivation to figure out how to get yourself to New York City for the holidays at least once in your life.

I've only been in NYC once, but I think I need to come around Christmas time! It looks amazing!!
I love love love love looking at Macy's windows.
I adore Rockefeller Center but hate the crowds.
You need to go to Rolf's for a drink. It's Christmas'd to the max. It's in Gramercy.
Looooove all the photos, you really captured the spirit of christmas in NYC! The giant balls are always my favorite!

So cool. I don't think I've ever seen anyone do Christmas the way NYC does. I need to be a part of that one day! You're so lucky!!!!
You took some amazing pictures that really show off the NYC spirit during the holidays! Living here I have been to and seen all of those. After all these years I still get a rush from it!
