We did something amazing last weekend. We became members of the New York Botanical Garden. It was on the list of places to check out and once we got there and realized that the membership is the same price as two visits for us, we decided that it would be totally worth it. I’ll do anything to help cure my spring fever.
There is something magical about stepping into a conservatory in the middle of winter and being smacked in the face with the beautiful smells and the super humid air. We went early on Sunday morning and we had the place to ourselves. It was just what we needed to help deal with our spring fever.
The orchid show starts in a few weeks and I’m beyond excited to get back to see the lovely flowers. If you live in the area, go check it out. Hope you’re all surviving the cold. Spring is coming – I swear.
Also, reminder to watch Jimmy Fallon tonight. I’m going to be there hanging out with my BFF J. Fall – aka, I will be dying of sheer happiness.
Beautiful photos Steph!
When my spring fever gets awful I go to Longwood Gardens down by me. Same idea. It reinvigorates you.
Ohhh an orchid show sounds amazing!! My favorite flower!
I got spring fever just looking at those photos! They are so beautiful.
I have the fever as well. Thank you for sharing these lovely flowers with us!
So gorgeous… I wish there was a place like this by me!
Wait! Were you really at the Jimmy Fallon show?!?!?!?
Also, those pics are gorgeous, and inspiring me to drag Steve to the botanical gardens near us over the weekend!
I think we all have Spring Fever as this winter has been way too long! I still have not been to the botanical gardens and need to check it out.
