It’s that time of year where everyone talks about cleaning up their house because it is officially Spring. Seems like perfect timing because I’m focused on the word “clean” for my 2014 New Year’s Resolution part 1.
As part of my resolution to be more clean, I changed a few things about my cleaning routine and have done a little more reading. I have created new habits and I’m improving daily. Laundry has been put away as soon as it’s done. Our place still looks new. I have things actually written into my planner that involve cleaning. It feels amazing.
Go declutter some stuff this weekend. Call the Lupus Foundation or the Vets and schedule a pick up. Soak your faucets in vinegar (all you need is a plastic bag and a rubber band.) Then enter this giveaway and get yourself some ad space or a nice brand new design from Two Oaks Design (go check out her stuff) and a gift card to everyone’s favorite store.
Happy Spring and good luck!!!
Spring cleaning! And Target! A few of my favorite things. I like to do my entire house in one day, but that is not going to happen this year. I may do floor by floor, or put it off entirely until Easter Weekend and bust it out then.
I need those wine glasses.
Also, way to go on the cleaning! That's been "on my list" for weeks now…half my wardrobe is currently on my bedroom floor. I'm impressed by your planning!
Those planters are going on my wish list right now!
There's just something about spring. Love those planters!
I was just looking at the method line of cleaning supplies! I really like the handsoap but haven't tried anything else yet. I think the best part of spring cleaning is being able to open the windows and get some fresh air!
You have to clean with wine– it's just the only way! 🙂
Love the shoutout to the lupus foundation! Steve has been hinting at spring cleaning and I'm just not interested. But, it definitely needs to be do e, the house is covered in 10lbs of cat fur. When I sit down on any of our couches, I am covered.
