I saw someone post something on Facebook mentioning Caramel Apple Sangria and I realized that I had found my “fall recipe” to try for today’s post.
You know it’s easy if I make it. I will warn you – it’s pretty sweet so you won’t have more than 1 or 2 glasses, but it’s really good.
1 liter of pinot grigio +
6 cups of apple cider +
1 cup of caramel vodka
We cut up apples to add to the glasses. That amount made a ton and we’ve got it in a juice container in our fridge to enjoy for a while. I think this is the original, but who knows.
I also successfully meal planned for this week and made Rachel Ray’s Corn Chowder Mac & Cheese. We modified the recipe a little, but it turned out fantastic and it’s a great fall dinner – recipe is here.
Oh mannnnn this sounds delicious!
But seriously though – best recipe ever! Can't wait to try it!
