As much as I love dresses because they are the easiest thing in the world to throw on, I’m excited to get the colder weather clothes out.  Hats, boots, sweaters and leggings mean not having to shave your legs, paint your toe nails and be careful of what colors look weird with your pale skin.

I’m hopeful that my next Stitchfix includes some maroons and dark blues because those are great fall colors.  But after I looked through my pictures from our vacation last week, I realized that gray is probably my number one color for the colder weather.  It’s as good as black but adds a little variety in – plus it looks good with every single color of the rainbow.  Plus, I have a small white dog that sheds and gray hides those little white hairs better than black.
